4. FresGrad.com reserves the rights to terminate the user account or reject giving the service to users without any reason or notice
5. Not all registered companies can post job vacancies. FresGrad will screen which companies are able to use our services, thus companies which have been rejected can not claim FresGrad

User is responsible for their own account, including password and user hereby agrees to provide FresGrad.com with true, accurate and complete information to be displayed on this site and seen by other users. 8. User(employer) shall be in legal business and does not attempt to hire fresh graduate as an employee for bad purpose. User(employer) is prohibited to post any vacancies that is commission basis.
9. User is prohibited to hack, spam, send viruses, or other codes that have the affect of damaging the FresGrad property including hardware, software system, personal information database
10. User is solely responsible for any damage to its computer system, data loss as results of using this website.
11. Logo, trademark and all contents are copyrighted, distribution or duplication of those and contents of FresGrad.com will be against the law and FresGrad.com shall have the right to take action for those violations
12. User accepts to be bound to all new terms and conditions that might be added from time to time without any prior notice
14. Those terms of use (1-13) is set as an agreement between user and FresGrad.com which has been accepted by user. Violation of those terms of use may cause termination of your account and action will be taken against the violation
